Anyone tried buying a battery online in Dubai? Curious how delivery works
I’ve always just driven to a shop whenever I needed a new car battery, but lately I’ve been wondering if ordering online is less hassle, especially since I work long hours and barely have time to go anywhere during the week. A colleague told me he ordered his through https://batteryzoneuae.com/ and had it delivered the same day, which honestly surprised me because I always assumed batteries were one of those things you had to physically go pick up. What I’m curious about is how the whole process actually works when you order online. Do they send someone to install it for you or do you just get the battery handed over and figure it out yourself? And what about the old battery, do they take it back or are you stuck with a dead one sitting in your parking spot? I’ve got a Nissan Patrol so I need something with decent cranking power and I don’t want to order the wrong size. If anyone has gone this route before I’d appreciate hearing how it went, especially if you’re in the UAE and dealt with the heat factor which I imagine kills batteries faster here than most places.
