    Deep breaths always. Deep breath through your nose, hold it and count to 4, let it go through your mouth until all the air has been released. 3X.

      Breathing is definitely a big helper.

    Going outside and getting fresh air. Be in the moment and focus on things around you that you can hear, smell, see etc.
