    what are some tips to protect your mental health when something always going on in the news

    I personally think it is important to stay aware of what is going on by not to focus too much on it. I understand that many do not have this ability. It can be difficult when lots of news media outlets post on social media. Staying off my phone when I need a brain break helps me protect my mental health
