Although can have overlapping symptoms, they also have very different behaviors, goals, and outcomes. It’s like zoology and then specifically studying big cats. Similar categories, but the studies and concentration are very different.

What did it feel like?For me when I have experienced burn out, my sleep was pretty restless, or my dreams revolved around work. I also would be counting down until I had to go back to work, so my weekends or days off felt like a ticking time bomb. It is a suffocating feeling.

Agree! Even just taking a walk outside in nature is so healthy for your mind and body.

I agree!! I am currently doing a career switch to the tech world because I want to be a part of the growth, especially with AI taking off as quickly as it is! And in the same breath, it’s important to do something you do have passion about. Otherwise, what’s the point?

When things build up. After a long day of work, coming home to chores that have to be done instantly feels like more weight and my “free time” is really just catching up on life. That cycle can turn very daunting.

I am interested to see how far AI can go within mental health or just healthcare in general. Do you think we will even need therapists in 10 years with how AI is advancing so quickly?

It’s so easy to do sometimes, but if I tell myself I’m done studying at 11, I usually don’t push myself to go further and really focus in that time frame I gave myself.
