Maybe start off complaint about how hard the material is and then ask if they want to go to the library. That way, if you’re too nervous to ask outright, you can still do so.

Supportive environments, where you feel accepted, respected, and understood, can boost your confidence and morale. Toxic environments can decrease your confidence and provoke anxiety. Even small things, like the tone of conversations, can influence emotional well-being. Surrounding yourself with positive, empathetic people is key.
