Planning ahead is one of my greatest life hacks when dealing with academic stress especially during finals week. I like to jot down everything that happens day-to-day in my planner so that way I can keep track of when assignments are due and how I’m going to get it done.
It’s common to have burnouts and stressful moments from schoolwork, so it’s important to have the tools to destress and strategies to cope with burnouts. One way I like to destress is by taking breaks in between my schoolwork and do something that will make me cheer up, like spending time with my nephews or taking a nice stroll on the beach.😊
