If you’re anxiety, depression, or stress amounts to the point where it’s interfering with your daily life and responsibilities— it’s probably time to ask for help. Is happiness something you pursue actively or let happen naturally?

How do you make time for self-care during a busy week?

What’s one daily habit that has improved your mental well-being?
Journaling all my positives throughout the day. It makes me have an easier time identifying the good things even on the bad days. I just do a list so it’s easy to add to throughout the day and it can be any size. Sometimes a good cup of coffee is enough for me to write it down.

What study habits help reduce your academic stress?
Setting a timer. Set your timer to something manageable like 15 minutes and try to work on as much as you can without distractions or stopping your workflow until your timer goes off. Most likely you will continue working past that allotted time because you’ll be in a groove. If that doesn’t happen, give yourself a small break, and reset that time!
