How do you balance school and mental health?
I think setting a schedule can be really helpful where you write down all of the important due dates but also make sure to have days or even just a couple hours after a study day to do something for yourself. That way, you remember to take breaks and know when to rest.

What’s one tip that helps you recover from work-related stress?
Taking days off when needed, pacing yourself at work, and not rushing, as well as doing forms of self-care. Focus on things that you specifically want to do and remember that not everything is focused on work. Once you get home, that is your time to unwind and have a moment with yourself.

How do you support a family member who’s struggling emotionally?
Always remind them that you’re here to support and be there for them, not to judge them. Provide them with resources that can help alleviate their stress support their mental health, and encourage them to try new things and pace themselves.
