There are a lot of cognitive and physical benefits of mindfulness. It can keep your blood pressure down, help with attention, and keep your emotions in your control. I think mindfulness is important because it keeps me grounded and remember all of the good when I am stressed

I use multiple different studying methods depending on the subject. I like to make sure I plan ahead to make sure I have time to study each concept I have to. I like using the pomodoro method, which uses a timer. I find this technique useful because it has designated breaks to keep me focuses and helps me not burnout. I also like using the…

I’m not a parent but i am interested with how useful parenting groups can be for new parents or those struggling. I think everyone needs a village and it can be useful to use your village to manage your stress and/or guilt

I recently learned about how mental health is different throughout the world when it comes to diagnose rates and symptoms. I find it interesting that the same mental health conditions have different names and symptoms expressed based on where you are from. Have you heard of this?
