How do you cope with peer pressure or comparison?
Taking a break from social media… if you are constantly comparing based off what others are posting, then remove it! You don’t need to be spending your free time and energy on analyzing their post and how “perfect” it appears to be. Remember, editing and only posting the good is a real thing. You are most likely comparing yourself to a false reality.

What mental health support should employers provide?
This is so true! Especially in more challenging fields who are supporting others, it should be a given to have mental health support to take care of themselves too. I also think there should be a different bank for Mental Health days. People shouldn’t have to take sick days to recoup. And let’s be honest… how many PTO days are people taking…

To me, having “good” mental health means feeling emotionally steady and being able to handle life’s challenges without becoming overwhelmed. It’s about more than just the absence of anxiety or depression. It also means recognizing when I’m not okay and giving myself permission to ask for help.

Have you ever experienced burnout from schoolwork?

Have you ever used an AI chatbot for mental health support?
Yes, I’ve used an AI chatbot for mental health support, and while it’s not a replacement for a real therapist, it can be surprisingly helpful. Sometimes, just having a nonjudgmental space to express what I’m feeling or to reflect on a situation helps me calm down and think more clearly. Not only is it free, but it’s instant help. Chatbots can…

How do you know when it's time to ask for professional help?
You know it’s time to ask for professional help when emotional struggles start interfering with your daily life or relationships. How do you cope with peer pressure or comparison?
Coping with peer pressure or comparison starts with grounding yourself in your own values and self-worth. It’s easy to get caught up in what others are doing but constantly comparing yourself just leads to more insecurity. I try to shift focus back to what actually matters to me and remind myself that everyone’s journey moves at a different…

Can AI ever replace human therapists for basic support?
AI can provide helpful basic support, like guided breathing, or even offering reflective conversation in moments of stress—— but it can’t truly replace human therapists. Human connection, empathy, and nuanced understanding are core to therapy, especially when dealing with complex emotions, trauma, or life transitions. AI can be a great…
